News for Colts Cricket, Senior Volleyball and Athletics.

Colts Cricket
A new addition to 2021's sports offering, our Colts cricket team, made up of players from Year 8-10 had their first game vs Rosmini on Saturday, 13 February. What an excellent way to start the season with Solomon Nash scoring 66 not out, whilst all his teammates contributed runs for a total score of 158 runs of 20 overs! Accurate bowling and sharp fielding restricted Rosmini to 122 runs, handing a 26 run victory to the Colts!

DATE CHANGES due to Covid-19
1st XI vs Northcote - Postponed to Wednesday 24th February, 3.00pm @ Northcote

Senior Volleyball
Volleyball is a sport which is surging in popularity in secondary schools. Not to be left out, our seniors are entered in Central/East zone, playing every Thursday at Dilworth College. The first game didn't go so well for our new team with a loss to AGS, but Fano Tutia and his teammates are committed to extra training and extra work to get up to speed. I was impressed with the mature response to the loss and the commitment shown by this team.

Athletics
Year 12 Kainoa Keereweer has been working hard representing St Paul's on the national athletics stage at various events; a quiet achiever with some impressive results:
